We measured it with real speakers on specific sets only: read Modern Standard Arabic, and Hindi and Urdu, both read and spontaneous. The accuracy page shows the word error rate, clip count and measurement date for each set and model, and which model Qawlak uses today. Not yet measured with real speakers: Gulf, Egyptian and Levantine Arabic, Hinglish, and Hindi and Urdu from Gulf speakers.

The model recognises Arabic speech. Always review dialects and names; dialect accuracy has not been measured yet.

No. Only the interface changes. Caption translation is a separate step that adds an editable line and keeps the original.

Payments are not enabled in this edition. Every new workspace gets ten minutes to try processing jobs.

An unsigned pilot panel for Premiere Pro, a script for DaVinci Resolve, an FCPXML file for Final Cut Pro and an import guide for CapCut. Any other editor works with an SRT or transparent-layer export from the studio. Details are on the Plugins page.

Press ? inside the studio for the full list. The main ones: Space play/pause, K also play/pause, J and L to step back/forward five seconds, Ctrl/⌘+S save, Ctrl/⌘+Z undo, Ctrl/⌘+E jump to Export, Ctrl/⌘+K open the command palette.

Not yet. A third interface language (Urdu in Nastaliq) is proposed and not built; the interface is Arabic and English only today. Transcription itself already accepts Urdu as the clip language.

Yes. The translation is added as its own editable line and the original text stays as it is. Machine translation needs human review before you publish, and the review link labels it as not reviewed.

It generates speech for the translated line, so it needs a translation first. Switch between the original and dubbed audio in the preview, and review the result before approving it; the voice is generated, not yours.

Minutes are charged when a job starts and go back to your balance automatically if it fails or you cancel it. Exports and choosing templates cost no minutes, and the credit history shows every movement.

Yes. Upload it in Settings under Custom fonts, then pick it for the project’s captions in the studio. The same font is used in the preview and in the exported video.

Invite members to your workspace from Settings. An editor works on the workspace’s projects; an owner manages members and keys and can remove any member. Everyone sees changes to the open project as they happen.

Yes. Create a key in Settings under API keys, then upload, transcribe and export through the API, with webhook notifications when jobs finish. The full reference is linked at the bottom of llms.txt.

In Settings, choose Delete account permanently. Your projects and files are deleted; a workspace other members still use stays with them. How long backups are kept is on the privacy page.

Someone who signs up through your referral link starts with extra minutes. Referral commissions and Wafa subscription discounts are PROPOSED: they show on their pages, but nothing is paid or discounted until billing is live.
